Short version: this website's enquiry form sends your details directly to Cheong Hon Weng (REN 77096) of IQI Realty Sdn Bhd [E(1)1584] and they are used only to answer your enquiry about Aricia Residences. We do not sell your data. You can ask us to delete it at any time by messaging 011-5394 0399.

1. Who this policy is from

This policy explains how personal data is handled on this website. It is issued under the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) of Malaysia.

2. What we collect

When you complete and submit the enquiry form, we receive:

Your name
Your phone number (WhatsApp)
Your email address, if you choose to provide it
Your preferred layout or unit type
Any message you include

None of this is required beyond name and phone number. You can stop the enquiry at any point.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, we use cookies and similar technologies. These may collect your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, how long you stay, which buttons you click, and the site or advertisement that sent you here. This information is used to understand how the website performs and to measure our advertising, not to identify you personally.

3. Why we use it

To reply to your enquiry and send you the e-brochure, floor plans, pricing and availability
To follow up about Aricia Residences by WhatsApp, phone call or email
To arrange a sales gallery appointment or site visit if you want one
To pass your booking details to the developer only if you decide to proceed with a booking
To measure and improve our advertising and this website
To meet legal, regulatory and BOVAEP record-keeping obligations

We rely on your consent, given when you tick the consent checkbox and submit the form, and on our legitimate interest in responding to an enquiry you started.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not trade it to unrelated third parties or lead brokers.

We may share it with:

IQI Realty Sdn Bhd — our registered agency, for supervision and compliance
Aricia Sdn Bhd (the developer) — only if you choose to proceed with a booking, and only the details needed to process it
Service providers — WhatsApp (Meta), Google (Analytics, Ads) and our web host, which process data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations
Authorities — where we are required by Malaysian law to disclose

Some providers process data outside Malaysia. Where that happens, we rely on their own contractual and technical safeguards.

5. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any transaction that follows, and after that for as long as the law and BOVAEP record-keeping rules require. If nothing comes of an enquiry and you have not asked us to delete it, we generally hold it for up to 24 months and then remove it.

6. Your rights under the PDPA

You have the right to:

Access the personal data we hold about you
Correct anything inaccurate or out of date
Withdraw consent and ask us to stop contacting you
Ask for deletion of your data, subject to any legal retention we are bound by
Limit how we process or disclose it

To exercise any of these rights, message 011-5394 0399 or via WhatsApp. We aim to respond within 21 days. There is no charge for a reasonable request.

To stop WhatsApp messages immediately, reply STOP and we will not contact you again.

Please do not send us identity card numbers, bank details or copies of documents unless we have specifically requested them as part of a live transaction.

This website is intended for adults considering a property purchase. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed. Material changes will be posted on this page.
